Chemonics International leads the consortium and RISA Senior Management Team (SMT), provides overall contractual and programme management, and directs the fund delivery expertise based in the Nairobi project office. The Chemonics’ Team Leader and Project Director are responsible and accountable to the FCDO for project delivery and achievement of programme results, supported by the head office project management unit (PMU) providing backstopping support.
